- Meeting to discuss your Wedding vision and preferences
- Create budget, prioritize wants and needs
- Develop theme, colors, & design
- Unlimited consulting via email or telephone, meetings as needed
- Ceremony and Receptions venue referrals
- Site walk-thru for your Wedding vision and planning
- Service provider referrals of the “best” in our area
- Schedule consultations with service providers and attend with you
- Send deposits to service providers and review all contracts
- Final payment to all service providers
- Periodic review of budget
- Periodic reminders and checklists
- Help with Wedding attire selection
- Help with Wedding favor selection
- Help with Wedding party gift ideas, bachelor and bachelorette party ideas
- Detailed Wedding day timeline for all service providers
- Confirm with all service providers last details before Wedding day
- Marriage license information
- Conduct Wedding rehearsal
- Collect items for ceremony and reception to be put out day of Wedding (guest book, toasting glasses,
place cards, cake knife, favors) - Distribute personal flowers to bridal party and family members
- Coordinate all details of ceremony (cue ceremony/music, processional, recessional)
- Coordinate reception timing for all planned activities (grand entrance of Bride & Groom, first dance,
